    • Standing 1/2 mile drag races between an Audi R8 V10 Plus vs. AMG GT R, Nissan GT-R, tuned C7 RS7, tuned W213 E63 AMG S

This stock Audi R8 V10 Plus runs some nice hardware at Moscow Unlimited. These are standing 1/2 mile races so the cars definitely stretch their legs. It is also interesting to see some high end factory stock cars run at this event.

The R8 is obviously all wheel drive but the 5.2 liter V10 is naturally aspirated. Even stock it is quite potent in Plus trim which matches Huracan output.

Up first is a Mercedes-AMG GT R. The twin turbo V8 Benz struggles to get off the line and is easily beaten. It also has the slightly slower 1/2 mile trap speed of 155.17 miles per hour to the R8's 156.15.

What seems to be a stock or slightly modded 2016 Nissan GT-R is up next. The R8 V10 Plus beats it rather easily and puts up a much faster trap of 156.35 miles per hour to the GT-R's 147.79:

What is said to be a Stage 2 tuned Audi RS7 is next. We all know how potent the 4.0 TFSI V8 can be and the RS7 wins:

The final matchup features a tuned W213 Mercedes-AMG E63 S. It wins but it is mostly due to the launch and reaction time. The trap speed is slower at 150.73 miles per hour to the R8's 155.50.

      Great runs.
